Online Registration closes at 8:00 p.m. on Friday August 1st. You can still register on race day starting at 6:00 a.m. online and at the Start Line.

• Registration and Bib Pick Up: 7:00am on race day

• Pre Registration Cost: $30
• Race Day Cost: $35

Awards: Medals will be given to all 5K runners.

👶 FREE 1/2K Kids Run

Saturday August 2nd, 2025 at about 9:00 am. No Registration required. Just show up and race. Start and Finish Near Paul and Babe.

All proceeds go to support the Bemidji High School and Middle School Track and Cross Country teams.
