🌟 Event Overview

• Theme: The Jingle Trail races continue the healthy holiday themed legacy of running in Tucson and Vail.
• Location: Mica Mountain High School, Tucson, AZ.
• Date: 2025-12-13.
• Registration: Every registered runner/walker is requested to bring a new & unwrapped toy for donation.

• Partnerships: We are proud to partner with the local community, Vail School District Transportation Department.
• Toys for Tots: Collecting over 500 new toys for our local community.
• Thank You: Our Cross Country team and school appreciate your participation in this event!
• Collaborative Culture: Help brighten the holidays for those around us.

🏃‍♂️ Course Details

• Guidance: The Mica Mountain Cross Country team will help direct you and cheer you on throughout the race.
• Course Layout: Primarily on the Mica Mountain Cross Country course with a few potential modifications.
• Features: The race will include "Thunder Hill" and the "Rolling Thunder" hills behind the visitor bleachers.
• Simulation: A link on this website will take you to a MapMyRun simulation of the race.

🌱 Course Improvements

• Day of Service: A 2021 event helped improve the terrain with 10 truck-beds filled with pecan shells from the Green Valley Pecan Company.
• Recent Work: On May 5th, 2023, over 50 students weeding and laying over 30 tons of decomposed granite on the course.
• Railroad Ties: Collected by Cross Country athletes to better section off the path.
• Terrain Variance: From the fast start on the school track to hills presenting challenges for runners.
