Blake R. Kovilaritch 5K Memorial Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The annual memorial 5K will be held at the Milton Senior High School starting at 9:00 AM.

💧 Refreshments

• Water and snacks: Will be provided as refreshments after you finish.
• Event purpose: Honor Blake through a scholarship: proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund.
• Blake's background: He was a 2013 Alumni and Athlete in the Milton School District.
• Tragic loss: Blake participated in basketball, golf, bowling, and track & field and tragically lost his life in 2016.

📝 Registration and Check-in

• Time: 7:30 – 8:30 AM at the Milton Senior High School - 700 Mahoning Street, Milton 17847.
• Entry fee: $25.00 with commemorative t-shirt for online pre-registration. Shirt guaranteed until July 28th.
• Late registration: Registration after August 9th until the Day of Registration is $30.00: shirt not guaranteed the day of race.
• Payment details: Make checks payable to MILTON AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT. SEND FORM & FEE TO: Milton Area School District, 700 Mahoning Street, Milton, PA 17847.

👩‍👧‍👦 Team Registration

• Group rate: Teams of 8 or more qualify for a group rate.
• Registration method: Do not register online for group rates.
• Contact: Reach out to Kim Mitch at 570.428.2326 for team registrations.

🏆 Divisions and Awards

• Age divisions: Male/Female Youth – 16 to 19 years old: 13 to 15 years old: 12 and under.
• Adult categories: Male/Female Adult – 20 to 29 years old: 30 to 39 years old: 40 to 49 years old: 50 to 59 years old: 60+.
• Awards: An award will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
