Blake R. Kovilaritch 5K Memorial Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The annual memorial 5K will be held at the Milton Senior High School starting at 9:00 AM.

💧 Refreshments

• Refreshments: Water and snacks will be provided as refreshments after you finish.

🎓 Purpose

• Honor Blake: The purpose of this event is to honor Blake through a scholarship.
• Scholarship Fund: Proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund.
• Alumni: Blake was a 2013 Alumni and Athlete in the Milton School District.
• Tragic Loss: He tragically lost his life in 2016.

🕗 Registration Information

• Check-in: 7:30 – 8:30 AM at the Milton Senior High School - 700 Mahoning Street, Milton 17847.
• Entry Fee: $25.00 with commemorative t-shirt for online pre-registration. Shirt guaranteed until July 28th.
• Late Registration: After August 9th until the Day of Registration is $30.00: shirt not guaranteed the day of race.
• Refund Policy: ALL REGISTRANTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

📅 Mailed Registration

• Postmark Deadline: Mailed registration must be post marked/registered by July 28th to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
• Payment: Make checks payable to MILTON AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT.
• Mailing Address: SEND FORM & FEE TO: Milton Area School District, 700 Mahoning Street, Milton, PA 17847.

🤝 Group Registration

• Team Qualification: Teams of 8 or more qualify for a group rate.
• Registration Method: Do not register online.

🏆 Divisions and Awards

• Divisions: Male/Female Youth – 16 to 19 years old: 13 to 15 years old: 12 and under.
• Adult Divisions: Male/Female Adult – 20 to 29 years old: 30 to 39 years old: 40 to 49 years old: 50 to 59 years old: 60+.
• Awards: An award will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
