🏃♂️ Program Announcement
Red Coyote is excited to announce the Fall/Winter 2025 Go Farther 10K Program starting Tuesday, October 28th and leading up to the Merry Mitchmas 5k/10k on Saturday, December 20th!
🎉 Program Details
- Accessibility: Red Coyote Training Programs are FREE to people of all abilities (run or walk).
- Community Engagement: Participants will receive the official handbook and schedule through email.
- Facebook Group: Communication goes through a private Facebook group: details sent in the welcome email.
- Registration Requirement: You must be officially registered to access the Facebook page.
👟 Training Program Structure
- Duration: This is an 8 week support based program designed for participants who can run a minimum of 3 miles.
- Mileage Increase: The program assists in increasing mileage from the 5k to the 10k distance.
- Coaches: Several special guest Pack Coaches will help you on your journey to 6.2 miles!
- Kickoff Run: The program kick off run is Tuesday, October 28th at 6:00pm at the Red Coyote Classen Curve store.
👕 Training Program Shirt
- Purchase Option: When you register, you’ll have the option to purchase a Training Program shirt for $15.00.
- Pickup Notification: Shirts will be available to pick up about halfway through the program.
- Shipping: If you’d like your shirt mailed, we’re happy to do so for a $10.00 shipping fee.
- Charity Donations: Any shirts that haven’t been picked up 14 days after the program concludes will be donated.
🗓️ Coached Runs Schedule
- Run Days: There are 2 coached runs each week, Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00am.
- Location: Workouts will be at various awesome running locations around the OKC Metro!
- Saturday Runs: The only Saturday run that will be different is November 29th for Small Business Saturday.
- Target Race: The target race for this program is Merry Mitchmas on December 20th in Edmond.
