- 8K: will start at 8:00 AM
- 5K: will start at 8:10 AM
Distances
- Course: Certified 5K course (AL22034JE) and 8K course through Saraland neighborhoods.
- Terrain: The courses are fairly flat: some gentle inclines.
- Water: Provided along the course.
Registration
- Mail-in registration: Postmarked by November 14.
- In-person registration: By 12 PM, November 14, at McCoy Outdoor, Run-N-Tri, or Fleet Feet in Mobile.
- Day of race registration: From 6:30 – 7:45 AM at the pavilion in Amelia Park.
- Online registration: Available until 8 AM November 28.
- Fee increase: Race day registration fees will be increased by $5.
Awards
- Categories: 5K and 8K
- Overall awards: Top male and female finishers overall and top male and female walkers overall.
- Age group awards: Top three in age groups from 9 and under up to 80 & over.
Shirts
- Inclusion: Race shirts included with race entry if signed up by November 14.
- Purchase: Shirts available for separate purchase - $15 for Youth Small through Adult X-Large: $20 for Adult 2XL through Adult 4XL.
- Guarantee: To guarantee a shirt on race day, please order by November 14.
Post-Race
- Activities: Food, beverages, awards, and other activities provided for all race participants.
