Carver Memorial Library Book It 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the Carver Memorial Library Book It 5K Run/Walk, a fun and family-friendly event that is part of Searsport's Fling into Fall celebration. Proceeds from the 5k will go directly to support the Carver Memorial Library. Sign up is $25 for an adult and $10 for those under 18.

📍 Course Details

• Start Location: The course will start at the library.
• Route: Take you through historic downtown Searsport.
• Terrain: This relatively flat and fast course is perfect for seasoned runners as well as those looking for a beautiful morning walk.
• Accessibility: Strollers are more than welcome.

🥇 Awards

Medals will be awarded to top finishers as well as those who win their age groups.

🍏 Post-Race Amenities

• Refreshments: Snacks and drinks will be available after the race at the library.
• Facilities: Restrooms are available in the library as well.

🕖 Important Times

• Arrival: Please arrive by 7:30 to make sure you have time to pick up your bib.
• Race Start: The race starts promptly at 8:00 am.
• Kids Fun Run: A free half mile kids fun run will start at 7:45.
