• Support: Whether your journey includes pregnancy or infant loss, this event is a meaningful way to honor every life remembered.
• Mission: Proceeds will benefit Forever in Our Hearts, continuing our mission of providing comfort and resources to families affected by loss.

• Grief Reflection: Grief changes perspectives, and the love for lost children continues in cherished memories.
• Cherished Symbols: The event celebrates meaningful reminders and symbols that provide comfort.
• Community Support: Together, we embrace symbols of comfort and share stories of love and remembrance.

Registration

• Deadline: Important Deadline: Sunday, August 30, 2026
• Guarantee: Register by the deadline to receive an Event Shirt and a Memorial Kit for loss parents.
• Late Registration: The website remains open for registrations but Event Shirts cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.
• Convenience: You can register multiple participants at once.

• Virtual: Participate from your own location and time on September 19th and 20th.

Event Schedule

• 1:00 PM: Registration Opens
• 1:30 PM: Welcome Remarks & Largest Team Recognition
• 2:00 PM: 5K Run Starts
• 3:00 PM: 1-Mile Walk

Teams

• Gathering: Create a team in memory of a child or gather friends and family.
• Prize: The largest registered team will win a special prize.
• Team Shirts: Custom shirts are encouraged to show unity.
• Registration: One person must create the team name: others select it during registration.

Memorial Kit

• Purchasing: Pregnancy or infant loss parents may purchase a Memorial Kit.
• Custom Sign: Includes a custom yard sign with the baby's name displayed along the event route.
• Virtual Options: Virtual participants may also purchase a Memorial Kit.
• Photos: Photos can be included on the yard sign: email to admin@foreverinourheartsne.org.

Parking & Route

• Location: The race will start and finish at the same location along the Cowboy Trail.
• Parking: Clearly marked parking areas will be available.
• Restrooms: Public restrooms will be open and accessible.
