Get ready to lace up your running shoes (and maybe even your lederhosen) for the very first Wurst 5K in Texas—a flavorful twist on a San Antonio favorite! Hosted by Kiolbassa Smoked Meats, this chip-timed, family-friendly 5K winds through the beautiful, tree-lined streets of the historic King William District and along the scenic San Antonio Riverwalk.

🕒 Race Info

Run begins at 8am. Chip-timed (bib must be worn on front). Flat, 3.2-mile paved course with water stations at halfway & finish.

Can’t make it on race day? No problem! Join us from anywhere with our Virtual Wurst 5K. You’ll still get all the race swag—a custom T-shirt, Fiesta-style medal, and the satisfaction of crossing your own personal finish line—without having to leave your neighborhood. Run, walk, or stroll your 3.2 miles anytime between October 25–November 2, 2025, then share your victory photo with us on social media using #Wurst5kSA. We’ll cheer you on from afar!
