The Autism Speaks Empower Walk & 5K Run is more than just a walk or run — it's a celebration of community, inclusion, and progress. This exciting event combines everything you love about the traditional Autism Speaks Walk with the added energy of a 5K run!

- Route: Starts on the track, heads out onto the road, and ends back inside the track.

- Volunteers: There will be volunteers and security along the route.
- Water Stops: One water stop will be available on the route.
- Concessions: Available in the stadium for all participants.
- Bottled Water: Free bottled water will be provided.
