Hattie's Day 5K

👟 Race Overview

This 5K is the kickoff to a community event, presented by The Wildflower Legacy Foundation, to honor a legacy while helping children in the community.

🌼 About the Foundation

• Legacy Honored: The Wildflower Legacy Foundation was created in honor of Hattie Jean White, daughter of Meredith and Jacob White, who was born still on September 23rd, 2021, at 36 weeks of gestation after the most perfect first pregnancy.
• Mission: Since 2022, Meredith and Jacob have made it their mission to provide experiences to children in their community no matter the financial restrictions--experiences they longed to provide for Hattie.
• Opportunity for All: Every family should have the opportunity to watch their child(ren) do something they love.

🕊️ Event Details

• Start and End: This 5K will begin with a Dove release and a moment of silence to honor Hattie.
• Location: The 5K will start and end at the Jackie O's Taproom.
• Community Gathering: At the conclusion of the 5K, the community will gather for an afternoon of family fun, raffles, and remembrance--all in support of Hattie's legacy.
