Route Layout (Overview)

Route Segments

Segment 1: Williston Road to Scusset Beach Road

• Starting Point: Runners leave the Hoxie, turn right on Williston Road.
• Route: Proceed north on Williston, then turn right onto Scusset Beach Road.
• Guidance: Runners will stay to the right shoulder.
• Support: Volunteers with signs will be placed at intersections.

Segment 2: Scusset Beach Road to Campground

• Direction: Follow Scusset Beach Road to the entrance of Scusset Beach Campground.
• Path: Runners will enter and continue through the internal paved road loop.

Segment 3: Campground to Canal Path

• Exit: Runners exit the campground via the footpath.
• Transition: Transition onto the Cape Cod Canal Bike Path.
• Route: The route turns right onto the canal path, heading toward the Sagamore Bridge.

Segment 4: Canal Path to Williston Road

• Continuation: Runners remain on the canal path until reaching the footpath connector to Williston Road.
• Final Stretch: Course turns right back onto Williston Road for the final stretch.

Finish Line

• Return: Runners head back up Williston Road.
• Completion: Turn right to finish where they started.
