It's time for our Ocean Breeze 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
Event Schedule
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM
Included in Registration
- Custom finisher medals: Every participant will receive a medal.
- Drawstring goodie bags: Take home some goodies!
- Free photos: Captured moments will be freely available post-event.
- Results posted: Check event results on the website within 12-24 hours.

Event Logistics
PLEASE PLAN ON CARPOOLING AND GETTING THERE EARLY TO FIND PARKING AND USE THE RESTROOM. Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
Event Address
Long Beach path in Belmont Shores - 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.) Please check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path. NOT near Claremont Ave. Do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use Google Maps or Waze instead. There is a photo of the map on the website - www.abetterworldrunning.com
Course Information
- 5k: Out and back route View here
- 10k: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop View here
Additional Details
Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. There is a 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email abetterworldrunning@gmail.com for an early start.
