It's time for our Dolphin Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

🕖 Check-in and Start Times

• Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
• Start: 7:30AM
• Half Marathon Cut-off: 10:45AM

• Address: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803
• Check-in Area: Tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path
• GPS Warning: Do not use Apple Maps, use Google Maps or Waze

🛠️ Event Details

• Parking: Please plan on carpooling and arriving early
• Restrooms: Bring toilet paper just in case
• Results: All results posted on our website with names and times
• Photos: Free pictures for everyone posted on our Facebook page after the event!

🏁 Race Course

• 5k: Out and back route - View route
• 10k: 2 x 5k loops
• 15k: 3 x 5k loops
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop - View route

👶 Stroller Policy

• Stroller Use: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed
• Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon

• Medals: All finishers receive a medal
