Justice for Sierah Color Run 2025

🎨 Event Overview

The Spirit of Sierah, Justice for Sierah's Color Run, is designed to honor the life and legacy of Sierah Joughin. Sierah was a University of Toledo student who was tragically taken from our community in 2016 by a repeat violent offender. This year we are excited to be back at The University of Toledo as we provide a splash of color to celebrate Sierah's life at this family-friendly event.

• Location: University of Toledo, Toledo, OH
• Date: 2025-10-04
• Routes: One-mile Fun Run or 5K throughout the campus
• Participation: Walk or run, not a timed event

👕 Registration Details

A high-quality t-shirt and a finishers medal will be included with each registration. Registration must be received by September 12, 2025, to guarantee a t-shirt. All proceeds from this event will benefit Justice for Sierah.

💪 Justice for Sierah Organization

Justice for Sierah (JFS) is a nonprofit organization working to empower communities through self-defense, advocacy, and support to prevent violence and protect lives.

• Impact: Sierah Strong for the Community program has positively impacted 6,000 children with self-defense training.
• Support: Distributed 3,000 KidPrint IDs.
• Education: Sierah Strong for the Schools has reached 50 schools, bringing life-saving education both in and out of the classroom.
• Legislation: Sierah’s Law Passed in Ohio unanimously in December 2018, establishing a violent offender database.
