🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Calling all runners!

Step up to the plate for Chicago's youth during the 20th Annual Race to Wrigley 5K Charity Run Presented by AbbVie scheduled for Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Wrigley Field. As we get closer to race day more information and details on the race will be provided.

🏙️ Race Details

• Route: Runners will race through the Lakeview neighborhood before entering Wrigley Field and will cross the finish line just steps away from the Wrigley Field Marquee. Runners will have a chance to run on the warning track on the field as a part of the race course.
• Virtual Option: Runners are also able to participate in the race virtually. You can map out a 5K course of your own and complete the race.

💲 Registration Fees

The registration fee for the in-person race is $45 and $30 for children ages 10 and under. The virtual option is $45 for both adults and children. The virtual option price includes the shipment of all participant items for each virtual runner.

• Early Bird Registration: The in-person registration fee will increase to $45 on July 27 so register now for the early bird special!

Proceeds from the race will benefit Cubs Charities and its mission to invest in people, places, and programs to level the playing field for Chicago’s youth. As Champion Partner of the race, we’re not just running — we’re racing toward hope. If you select Advocate Health Care to receive the proceeds from your personal fundraising, every dollar you raise helps ensure children and teens have access to behavioral health care when and where they need it most through Advocate Children’s Hospital.
