Race Details
- 5K Course: Located on road and gravel, with low-grade inclines and declines. Clock will start at the race beginning and times will be recorded via chip timer.
- 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk: Starts 15 minutes after the 5K. A family-friendly activity that will not be timed. All participants receive a free t-shirt.
- Family Activities: Family and friends are welcome to join. The park features a playground, concessions, and children's games available free.
- Pets: Pets and strollers are welcome!

- Get Involved: Not a runner or walker? You can still make a difference!
- Positions Available: We welcome volunteers for parking, hospitality, registration, children's games, and more.

Race Day Schedule
- 8:00 AM – Check-in/Registration OPENS, Petting Zoo, Cheer Zone, and pre-race breakfast goodies available!
- 8:30 AM - Welcome announcements and "Why We Run for LIFE"
- 8:40 AM - Diaper Derby!
- 9:00 AM – 5K starts: or opt for the easy-breezy 1-Mile Fun Run (or walk) that starts right after!
- 10:30 AM - Awards for top finishers and "Fun"-raisers (individual/teams)
- 11:00 AM - Event ends.
