🌲 Half Marathon Details

• Start Time: 6:00 AM
• Course: Point to point: bus from Blue Ridge High School.
• Scenery: Beautiful cedar and pine trees along Porter Mountain.
• Finish Line: Blue Ridge High School track.

⏰ Time Limit and Checkpoints

• Time Limit: 4 hours: finish by 10:00 AM.
• Transportation: Sag wagon available for those behind schedule.
• Checkpoint Times:
  • 2 miles: 6:36 AM
  • 4 miles: 7:13 AM
  • 6 miles: 7:49 AM
  • 8 miles: 8:26 AM
  • 10 miles: 9:06 AM
  • 12 miles: 9:39 AM
• Traffic Resumes: After time limit expires, vehicles allowed.

🏃 Other Race Events

• 10K: Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 6:30 AM Start.
• 5K: Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 7:00 AM Start: Out and back course.

🎨 Glow Run/Walk Event Details

• Course: Two large loops around Blue Ridge school.
• Lighting: Bring glow lights, hand lamps, and flashlights.
• Music: Played on various parts of the route.
• T-Shirt: Included with race entry: this is a Non-Timed event.

🏅 Kids Run Details

• Event: Free Kids Run, 1K distance.
• Age Limit: Ages 0-12 can participate.
• Registration: Begins at 4 PM until race time on Friday.
• Perks: T-Shirt and medal for the first 75 registrants.
