• Objective: To raise funds towards projects that promote the standard of excellence in our WSSD schools.

• Categories: Overall and Age Groups
• Recognition: Top 1-3 overall, top 1-3 in each age group (12 & under: 13-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70+)
• Special Award: Best PJs

💲 Entry

• 5K Pre-registration Fee: Students/Seniors - $15: Adults - $25
• 1.2mi Family Fun Walk Pre-registration: Students/Seniors - $10: Adults - $12
• 5K Same Day: Students/Seniors - $20: Adults - $30
• Family Fun Walk Same Day: Students/Seniors - $12: Adults - $15

🎽 Amenities

• T-shirts: Guaranteed for the FIRST 100 registered (adult sizes only: S, M, L, XL)
• Refreshments: Free race snacks/refreshments provided
• Awards Ceremony: Awards for each age category & The Best PJs will be presented at 10:15AM

• Support: Dedicated to supporting innovation and excellence in our schools.
• Funding: We raise money from parents & local businesses to grant to the Wallingford Swarthmore School District.
• Collaboration: We work closely with district and school leadership to identify funding priorities.

🗓️ Race Day Details

• Pick-Up: Race Bib Pick-Up will be on Race Day, Saturday, November 8th.
• Check-in: Registration/Check-in opens at 8:00AM & the race starts at 9:00AM.
• Process: Go directly to the registration table for quick runner/walker check-in & you will receive your race bib.

🚗 Parking Information

• Parking Lots: There are 2 parking lots available.
• Upper Lot: Located at the front of the middle school right off of Providence Rd.
• Lower Lot: Behind the school & the entrance is off of Copples Ln (near the corner of Copples Ln & Providence Rd).
