2024 Salt Seep Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event Types: The 5K & 10K events are open to everyone with no minimum age.
• CASH PRIZE: Overall Top Three (3) Male & Female in each 5K & 10K ($250 for 1st place, $150 for 2nd place, & $100 for 3rd place).
• Awards: The top five finishers of the 5K & 10K for male and female will receive award plaques.
• Participant Perks: All participants will receive a t-shirt and participant medal.

🏞️ Course Details

• Terrain: The 5K & 10K course is a dirt road, flat, with a couple hills and sandy area loop.
• Refreshments: There will be four aid stations appropriately placed.
• Start Order: To avoid course conflicts, the 5K will start first followed by the 10K.
• Water Availability: Water will be available at (4) locations: approximately 1.25m, 2m, 3.5m, 5m.

🚶‍♀️ 2 Mile Run/Walk

• Cost: Free addition to the event.
• Start Time: 2 Mile Run/Walk starts at 7:15 AM MST.
• Registration: Onsite Registration & Check-in starts at 5:30 AM MST.

🕖 Start Times

• 5K RUN: Start at 7:00 AM MST.
• 10K RUN: Start at 7:10 AM MST.
• 2 Mile RUN/WALK: Start at 7:15 AM MST.

📌 Participant Information

• Welcome Sign: A welcome sign for all participants will be posted with direction to the site.
• Parking: Parking available, with signs posted.
• Registration Confirmation: Bring a mobile or printed email confirmation sheet to complete registration at check-in for bib/shirt pickup.
• Dress Code: Wear appropriate running attire.
