2025 Run with the Swarm 5K

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

Rochester Community and Technical College is proud to partner with the Med City Marathon to deliver an outstanding race-day experience for all participants—whether you're a seasoned competitor or embarking on your first walk/run.

📍 Course Details

The course will both start and finish at the Rochester Regional Stadium and will guide participants through highlights of the RCTC campus, city athletic fields, and scenic landscapes. Along the route, you’ll find hydration and EMS stations, as well as course support to keep you motivated and safe throughout the event.

🏆 Awards Ceremony

An awards ceremony will follow the race, recognizing the top finishers in the following categories:

• Top 3 in each age group: 14 & under, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–64, 65+
• Fastest RCTC Student
• Best Costume

💰 Registration Fees

• $25 for RCTC students (w/ shirt & goodie bag)
• $35 for all other participants (w/ shirt & goodie bag)
• $15 for RCTC students (w/o shirt & goodie bag)
• $25 for all other participants (w/o shirt & goodie bag)

Participants must register by Wednesday, August 20 to receive a shirt & goodie bag. Participants registering after this date will not receive a shirt or bag.

🕖 Check-in and Parking

Check-in will open at 7:30 and will take place at the Rochester Regional Stadium box office. Parking will be available in front of the Regional Sports Center.
