13th Annual Luc's Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Annual Event: Luc's Run is held annually each spring in historic Tuolumne, California and Virtually Anywhere in the World.
• Race Options: We are looking at welcoming our local 10K, 2-mile, and Kids Run (ages 10 & under) back to Tuolumne, CA in 2023!
• Global Participation: Welcoming our supporters around the globe through our virtual run where hundreds of enthusiasts walk and run in support of Luc’s legacy.

🛩️ Luc's Legacy

• Tragic Event: On January 28, 2013, Luc, a United States Air Force pilot, was on a training mission over the Adriatic Sea and did not survive the ejection from his F-16.
• Survivors: Luc is survived by family and friends who continue his Legacy through the Major Lucas Gruenther Legacy Foundation.

• Life Philosophy: He lived his life to the fullest and never took a single day for granted.

• Proceeds Use: All proceeds from this race go to the Major Lucas Gruenther Legacy Foundation, an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
• Scholarships: The Foundation's purpose is to bestow scholarships to Americans for the advancement of educational goals and self-development.
