• Event Name: 2nd Annual CK Racing Back to School 5k

Description

• Purpose: This will be a family fun run/walk to benefit local teachers, students, and schools for the upcoming school year.
• Proceeds: All proceeds will go to the Kokomo Education Foundation.
• Community Involvement: We encourage everyone to wear their school colors or favorite school of their choice.
• Finisher Awards: All finishers will receive a finisher medal.

T-Shirts

• Registration Deadline: If you are wanting a T-shirt you must register by July 10, 2026.
• Extras: We will try and have some extras for those registering on race day, but they will be first come first serve.
• Cost: There will also be an option to purchase a shirt at an additional cost as long as it is done by the specified date.

Awards

• Adult Awards: 1st place Adult Male and Female Runner.
• Walker Awards: 1st place Adult Male and Female Walker.
• Youth Awards: 1st place under 18 Male and Female runners.

Registration Costs

• Age 18+: $15
• Ages 10-17: $10
• Ages 9 and Under: $5
• Discounts: The discount is applied at checkout and there will also be a discount for club members.

Packet Pickup

• Time: Packet pickup will be available from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM on Race Day.
• Payment: We will accept cash or check on race day.

School Supply Donations

• Donation Table: We will have a table setup for school supply drop off if anyone would like to donate.
• Needed Supplies: Examples include Pencils, Colored Pencils, Crayons, Washable Markers, Glue Sticks, Scissors, and more.
• Supplies List: Dry Erase Markers, Highlighters, Large Pink Erasers, Rulers, Kleenexes, and Disinfectant Wipes.
• Community Support: We would love to see as many kids, teachers, coaches, and parents come out to support our hardworking community.
