Wyoming K-5 Cross Country Elementary School Championships

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Host: This race is hosted by the Laramie Valley Jackalopes cross country team.
• Eligibility: It is for elementary school students throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
• Registration Fees: $10 up to race day, $15 on race day.

🥇 Awards and Recognition

• Ribbons: 1st-5th place ribbons will be awarded for Boys and Girls in all three races.
• Finisher Ribbons: Ribbons to all finishers.
• Trophies: A trophy will be awarded to each of the top five runners (co-ed) of the first place elementary school for each race (K-1, 2-3, 4-5).
• Team Inclusion: All runners in each elementary school race are automatically included on that school's team.

Special Awards

• Traveling Trophy: A TRAVELING TEAM TROPHY will be presented to the winning school in each race.
• Scoring: School scoring is combined for boys and girls.
• Registration: No additional registration is required.
• Event Coordination: This race is being held in conjunction with the Wyoming Middle School State Championships.

⏰ Race Day Information

• Check-in: Check-in and race day registration ($15) is from 11:00 am until 11:45 pm.
• Course Details: The course will be well-marked and have numerous course marshals.
• Beneficiary: All proceeds benefit the Laramie Valley Jackalopes.
