Event Description

• Innovative Program: The Casino Bridge Run - Kids Half Marathon is not just a fun run: it is a two-month endurance building program designed for children in kindergarten (K5) through 5th grade.
• Goal Distance: Children will train to run the total distance of a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) over the course of the program.
• Training Details: Kids will train for the last mile by running a total of 12.1 miles through increments of 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 3/4 mile, or 1 mile between February 01, 2027, and April 03, 2027.
• Motto: There are NO official winners: our motto is "if you had fun you won!!!"

Participation Requirements

• Log Your Progress: Students will log their distances, supervised by adults, on the website to track progress.
• Finisher’s Medal: Each child logging the required miles will receive a Casino Bridge Run Kids Half Marathon Finisher’s Medal upon completing the final mile on race day.
• Adult Registration: Parents/Guardians who wish to participate with their child on race day MUST register as adults.
• Course Access: Only adults with children participating can register for race day.

Participation Rewards

• Shirts and Medals: Kids completing the training miles and the final race day mile will receive a shirt, race number, and a finisher's medal.
• Parent Access: Parents will receive a race number for course access.

Registration Fees

• $25: Online registration only until March 1, 2027.
• $30: Online registration only until March 20, 2027.
• $15: Parent/Guardian registration (online only) until March 31, 2027 (race number only).
