Join Us for the RGV Distance League – Fall 2025 Season!

The RGV Distance League is back this Fall! Designed for private schools and club programs, this cross country league gives students the chance to build confidence, perseverance, and a healthy introduction to fitness with running — all while enjoying teamwork, camaraderie, and the joy of running.

👦👧 Age Divisions & Distances

• Junior Division: Grades 4–7: 2 miles (separate boys & girls races)
• Academy Division: Grades 1–3: 0.5 miles (fun run format, focus on participation)

🏆 Awards & Recognition

• Top 10 Finishers: at each meet earn ribbons
• Championship Top 10: receive medals
• Junior Division: team scoring (5+ runners) with 1st place team trophy at Championship
• Academy Division: focuses on fun, participation, and individual recognition

📅 Season Schedule

• October 11th
• November 1st
• November 15th

💻 Registration & Fees

• Cost: $60 per athlete (covers all 3 meets)
• Registration: Online registration available for schools/clubs (multiple athletes, one payment)
• Entry Limits: No entry limits per school or club

🎉 Race Day Experience

• Chip Timing: Junior Division with live results
• Entertainment: DJ music + Photo Wall
• Hydration: Snack station
• Merchandise: RGV Distance League shirts: $20 (youth & adult sizes)

• $100 – Banner Sponsor: Business logo displayed on the large event banner at the finish line (all 3 meets)
