Brandywine Creek State Park long carries the reputation of being the toughest cross-country course in Delaware. It may be tough, but its varying terrain offers something for everyone. From open meadow, punchy hills, to windy single track under the tall tree canopy and stone walls built in the 1800's. Come join us in this grassroots trail run-raiser with a mission to promote movement, nature and benevolence.
Participants have the option to run/walk a 5-mile or a 10-mile marked course. This is a no frill, no swag, no on-course aid station, no timing event with a suggested cash or venmo day-of-event donation of $25. This will help to cover costs associated to produce this event. And part of the proceeds will be donated to two Delaware local non-profit organizations:
If you are inclined, please bring a snack/drinks to share post-race under the pavilion. I look forward to having you join me this November morning to celebrate each other as one community. This event will be capped at 80 participants. Please note state park fee is in effect, $4 for in-state, $8 for out-of-state if you do not have a Delaware state park pass.
