Race Description
- History: This is our 17th year for this fantastic race supporting our local animal shelter.
- Purpose: The Knox/Whitley Humane Association is a nonprofit 501 c 3 charity that houses homeless animals from Whitley Co. and Knox Co., KY and depends on donations to save lives.
- Impact: This 5K and dogwalk help support our vital work to reduce the number of stray animals and find loving homes.
- Course: The course is a flat, fast course through a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic.
Event Features
- Timing: We are excited to have chip timing this year by Open Road Race Management!
- Registration: There will be race day registration available.
- Shirts: T-shirts will be available on race day based on availability.
- Fun: This race is always so much fun and supports a wonderful cause!
