Race Purpose

• Inspiration: In the spirit of Grandma's leftovers from Thanksgiving, we are partnering with many races from 2025 to pack up all of our leftovers and send them home with you!
• Fun Prizes: This fun new race could provide you with a shirt from any of dozens of races, random finisher awards, door prizes, or age group awards.
• Support for Jeff: All of the proceeds from this race are going to Jeff Neiwedde and his family to help with the enormous medical bills that they will be facing.

About Jeff

• Accident Details: On September 21, while clearing trees on his property, Jeff was involved in a serious accident, sustaining multiple skull and facial fractures.
• Community Impact: Many of you are familiar with Jeff and Indiana timing. It’s been an incredibly difficult time for him and everyone he has made an impact on.
• Recovery Efforts: Jeff has a long road to recovery ahead and has remained in a medically induced coma to let his brain heal before he can have the multiple surgeries necessary to repair his fractures.

Event Schedule

• Registration: Race day registration will open at 8am.
• Start Time: Both the run and walk starting at 9am.
• Awards: Awards will follow immediately after the last walker finishes.
• Join Us: Come out and support Jeff and walk away with some fun leftovers in the process!
