Race Weekend Activities

• Annual Event: Join us for the 7th annual Finger Lakes Triathlon Silver in the heart of Wyoming County.
• Course Details: The FLTS will start in the historic Silver Lake, and continues through Wyoming and Livingston Counties.
• Family Participation: Participants will take in the sights of the rural landscapes while offering a course that challenges the athlete.
• Race Options: The FLTS offers multiple race options, including a 5K and 10K on Saturday, and Intermediate and Sprint distances for Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike on Sunday.

Elevation and Course Challenges

• Intermediate Bike Course: Take note of the elevation for our Intermediate Bike Course.
• Endurance Test: There are some good climbs that will definitely test your endurance.
