🏊‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us for the 7th annual Finger Lakes Triathlon Silver in the heart of Wyoming County. FLTS will start in the historic Silver Lake, beware of the Serpent, and then continues through Wyoming and Livingston Counties. Participants will take in the sights of the rural landscapes while offering a course that challenges the athlete. The FLTS offers multiple race options for the entire family to participate in race weekend.

• Event Dates: May 30, 2026
• Location: Asbury Camp and Retreat Center, Silver Lake, NY
• Race Options: 5K and 10K on Saturday, Intermediate and Sprint distances for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquabike on Sunday.
• Season Kick-Off: Start your season off right and truly see where your winter training has you with some of the first multisport events in the area.

🚴‍♂️ Course Details

Take note of the elevation for our Intermediate Bike Course. There are some good climbs that will definitely test your endurance.

• Elevation: Intermediate Bike Course features challenging climbs.
• Scenic Routes: Participants will enjoy the rural landscapes of Wyoming and Livingston Counties.
• Distance Options: Choose between various multisport distances.
• Challenge: Designed to test both beginner and seasoned athletes.

🎗️ Charity Race Option

Participate in a charity race option with special benefits.

• Cost: $30.00 to enter.
• Fundraising Requirement: Must fundraise $500.00.
• Includes: Race entrance fee, VIP status, commemorative VIP race jersey, VIP goodie bags.
• VIP Reception: Hosted by CPP at Silver Lake Brewing Project Saturday 12-2.
