🌄 Course Overview

Join us for the Finger Lakes Triathlon Silver in the heart of Wyoming County. FLTS will start in the historic Silver Lake, beware of the Serpent, and then continues through Wyoming and Livingston Counties. Participants will take in the sights of the rural landscapes while offering a course that challenges the athlete. The FLTS offers multiple race options for the entire family to participate in race weekend.

• Saturday Events: 5K and 10K
• Sunday Events: Intermediate and Sprint distances for Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike
• Endurance Testing: Note the elevation of our Intermediate Bike Course with significant climbs.
• Early Season: Great way to kick off your multisport season.
