Registration Information

• Kids Race: Pre-registration is now closed. Children may sign up on race morning, though shirts and medals are not guaranteed.
• Morning Registration: Closes at 9 AM promptly.

Race Overview

Explore San Carlos' outstanding trail system as a runner in the fourth annual No Foolin' Foot Race! There's something for everyone with four challenging events through Big Canyon, Eaton, and Pulgas Ridge.

• 1K: (~350ft of climbing) - Perfect for adventurous kids age 5-10
• 5K: (~530ft of climbing)
• 10K: (~1,500ft of climbing)
• Long Course: NEW this year! (15K with ~2,300ft of climbing)

Consider yourself warned: This race is no joke! Our courses are technical, grueling, and loads of fun.

Course Previews

We will be hosting course previews on Sunday, March 8 (5K and 10K routes) and Saturday, March 28 (5K and 15K routes) in partnership with A Runner's Mind and Brooks. RSVP on Strava, and join our Strava Club for updates.

• Start and Finish: Festival at Crestview Park.
• Timing: Professional timing: Tech-Ts and free runner photos for all participants.
• Awards: Awards in multiple categories.
• Proceeds: All proceeds benefit maintenance and improvement of San Carlos open space trails.

Presented by Kaiser Permanente in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos and the City of San Carlos.

Start Times

• 15K: 8:30 AM - Runners have 2.5 hours to complete the course.
• 10K: 9:00 AM - Runners have 2.5 hours to complete the course.
• 5K: 9:30 AM - Runners have 1 hour to complete the course.
• Kids K: 9:35 AM - Children have 30min to complete the course.

Bib Pick Up

• Race Morning: Saturday, April 18, 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM at Crestview Park.

Parking

• Street Parking: Available along Brittan Ave. and Crestview Drive.
• No Parking: ABSOLUTELY NO participant parking available at Crestview Park.
• Carpooling: Strongly encouraged.
