Race Details

• Annual Event: This is the 2nd annual 5K Run/Walk.
• Charity: A percentage of the profits goes toward East Texas Cancer Alliances of Hope, an organization that helps alleviate the financial burden of cancer.
• Course: Participants will run or walk around Ellen Trout Zoo. Aid stations will be provided.
• Finisher Medals: All finishers will receive a medal.

Schedule

• Race Start: The 5K starts at 9 a.m.
• Packet Pickup: October 31st at Ideas Beauty Salon from 12 PM to 6 PM.
• Day-of Pickup: November 1st at Ellen Trout Zoo, under Pavilion 2 at 8 a.m.
• Virtual Option: Email proof of 5K to hawhair23@gmail.com. A medal and/or a shirt will be shipped to you.

Registration

• Cost: $35 EARLY REGISTRATION BY October 1st. Price increases afterward.
• Refund Policy: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS RACE!!

Additional Information

• Parking: All attendees must park next door at the Expo Center and then walk across to the Zoo.
• T-shirts: To purchase T-shirts without a race entry starts at $25.
