The Race:
- Start Time: Chip Timed Races start at 9 AM. Live-streamed instant results.
- 5K Course: Will take you through the vineyard, along the Bohemia River, and through a wooded trail.
- 8K Course: A bit more technical with wooded trails, but you also enjoy the vineyard and waterfront views.
- Awards: For Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male & Female Winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years).
- Course Support: Water stops and friendly course marshals.
- Finish Line: Water, bananas, wine and more.
The Swag and Amenities:
- Shirts: High Quality Tech Shirt ~ Men's/Unisex, Women's, or Youth options or upgrade to Women's Racerback Tank Top for $5 extra. Men's Tanks option for no added cost. Please register by July 19 to guarantee first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after July 19.
- Finisher’s Glass: Stemless Wine Glass with "Run the Vineyards" logo for all finishers.
- Medals: Souvenir Finisher Medals available for $8 during registration or $10 on race day (while supplies last).

After Party:
- Location: A one of a kind after party on the Bohemia River Waterfront property.

- Food: Food Truck On-Site with some great food options.

- Walkers: 5K Walkers and all ages welcome. Start on time at 9 AM behind the runners. Registration required to participate.
- Weather: Race is Rain or Shine. No refunds or deferrals.
- Packet Pick-Up: On Race Day at 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at the "Good Day for a Run" tent at the winery.
