Harker Heights Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk

🎅 Event Overview

Join the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce & Visitor's Center for the Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk, an event supporting two fantastic non-profit organizations that benefit our local community!

Kick off the day with a competitive 5K run, followed by a fun-filled kids run! Enjoy specialty snacks, vendors, great music, and plenty of fun—all included for one low ticket price.

🏃‍♂️ Event Options

Santa Shuffle 5K Run: $35 (chip-timed competitive run)

• Official run shirt: Each participant receives a shirt.
• Medals: Awards will be given to first and second-place male and female participants in all age groups. An overall award will also be given to the fastest male and female.
• Swag: Additional rewards and goodies for participants.

Santa Shuffle Kids Run: FREE!

The first 100 registrants for the 5K will receive guaranteed swag, including a T-shirt, and more! (Note: T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after December 1st, 2026.)

🎉 Kids Run and Fun Activities

Santa Shuffle Kids Run: A fun, holiday-themed competitive run for adults 10 and over (chip-timed).

Awards for overall male and female winners, plus top 2 finishers in each age group: 10-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80+.

Santa Shop: Not interested in running? That’s okay! There are plenty of vendors joining us so that you can get your last-minute holiday shopping done...or just treat yourself!

FREE Kids Fun Run: After the Santa Shuffle timed run, there will be a free run for kids 9 and under—because everyone deserves to be part of the fun!

Note: T-shirts are not included in the Kids Run but can be purchased for $15 each.

📅 Event Schedule

Event Schedule (Saturday, December 13th, 2025):

• 8:30 am: Last chance registration and packet pick-up.
• 9:00 am: Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk (chip-timed).
• Awards: Awards for the 5K Run will be given out after the Santa Shuffle Mile Run.
• Kids Fun Run: Begins right after the adult race, for kids 9 & under.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Location: Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce, 552 E. FM 2410, Suite B, Harker Heights, TX 76548.

Times: Friday, December 12th, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm or Saturday morning before the race.

🏆 Awards

5K Run: Overall male and female winners, plus 1st place winner for male and female in each age group: 10-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80+.
