Event Overview

• Heart of Santa: The heart of Santa is alive and well (and fit to run) in the Lowcountry.
• Run/Walk: Join us at the Community Santa Run (or walk) 5K and "Santa Chase" Kids Fun Run.
• Beneficiary: Proceeds from the race will benefit Bluffton Self Help.
• Holiday Spirit: Dress in your best holiday costume and you may win the best dressed award!

Weather and Community Engagement

• Forecast: The weather forecast is SNOW at the finish!
• Donations: Participants are encouraged to bring toy donations or non-perishable food items for Bluffton Self Help.
• Community Enjoyment: Following the race there will be food, hot chocolate and beverage trucks.
• Stay Active: Enjoy the nearby shrimp boat park to encourage you to stay and enjoy the sense of community.

Registration Information

• Commemorative T-Shirt: All participants who register before December 7th will receive a Community Santa Run 5k commemorative t-shirt.
• Awards: Male, female age group awards will be presented.
• Categories: Awards for ages 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
• Festively Dressed: Special award honoring the most festively dressed.

Packet Pick Up

• Location: Race packets will be available at Palmetto Running Company, 25 Minetta Lane, Bluffton.
• Times: Friday 3-5PM or on race morning starting at 8:00am at Martin Family Park.
• Race Start: The race will start at 9:00AM.
