Get ready to don your most outrageous holiday sweater and join us for The Medina Ugly Sweater 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run! This festive event is all about fun, fitness, and giving back to the community. All net proceeds will support the Helping Hand of Humboldt, making every step you take a step toward helping those in need. We are also thrilled to announce that Santa Claus will be making an appearance during the event. Make sure to bring the little ones!

📅 Event Details

• Date: Saturday, December 12, 2026
• Time: Race starts at 9:00 AM: Awards at approximately 10:00 AM (or when all participants finish)
• Location: 1400 Middle School Street, Medina, TN 38355
• Theme: Ugly Sweater – the tackier, the better!

🏃‍♂️ Race Options

• 5K Race: Perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Great for families, kids, and anyone looking for a shorter stroll.

💵 Registration Fees

• Early Bird (by October 31, 2026): $40
• Normal Registration (by December 5, 2026): $45
• Late Registration: $50
• Youth (9 and under): Free (registration still required)
• Youth (10-14): Normal registration fees apply

🏆 Age Groups

Awards will be given based on age and gender for adults, and by age for youth:

• Youth: 9 and under, 10-14
• Adults: 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50
• Masters: 51-60
• Old Timers: 60+
