📅 Event Details

The Born to Be Wild 5K/10K/Fun Run is coming to McGuffey Nature Center at the Coweta County Fairgrounds on January 31, 2026. Lace up and join Sole Roots Racing, Coweta County, and the Southern Conservation Trust for a race that’s more than just miles—it’s making a difference. Every step you take helps us reach our fundraising goal to support conservation advocacy efforts, conserving land and protecting wildlife in our community. Join us for this family-friendly event! Dress up as your favorite SCT mascot, and each registered child can choose either a “Flint” the otter plushie or an event T-shirt.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• 7:30am: Parking opens
• 8:00am: Packet pickup begins
• 8:30am: 1 mile fun run starts
• 9:00am: 5K & 10K race begins
• 11:00am: Awards Ceremony (time approximate)
