• Date and Time: July 18 at 8 AM
• In-person race option: Day Air Ballpark (Home of the Dayton Dragons) – 220 N Patterson Blvd. Dayton, OH 45402
• Virtual race option: Anywhere, USA – it’s virtual!

DESCRIPTION

• Annual Event: The Dayton Dragons host one of the biggest timed, 5K races in the Miami Valley with over 3,000 participants.
• Entry Benefits: Includes $75 worth of swag.
• Virtual Option: Continue offering a virtual option in 2026, allowing participants to run, walk, or hike their own Dragons 5K.
• Sign Up Bonus: Early Bird sign up includes two bonus stadium seats to an upcoming Dragons game!

HOW TO SUBMIT RESULTS (FOR VIRTUAL OPTION)

• Submission Period: Results can be submitted now through July 31, 2026.
• Submission Method: Submit online by logging into your RunSignUp account. Click here to Submit Results
• Virtual Race Tips: Helpful tips for participating in a virtual race available at this link.

REGISTRATION INFO

• Adults (18 and up): $25 (price increases on specific dates)
• Youth (17 and under): $20
• Virtual Option: Add $10 for shipping race swag bag items: pickup available.
• Signup Deadline: Register by July 12, 2026, to guarantee swag items.

RACE SWAG BAG PICKUP

• Pickup Dates: July 16-17, starting at 9 AM on July 16.
• Day of Pickup: Available starting at 7 AM on race day.
• Post Event Pickup: For virtual participants starting July 20, 2026.

PRIZES

• Overall Prizes: Top three men and women receive awards: email notifications will be sent.
• Age Group Awards: Prizes for top finishers in multiple age categories.
• Overall Winners: Receive an engraved Dragons bat.
• Group Prizes: Luxury suite for first place, group outings, and gift cards for groups of 10 or more.
