🏃♀️ 2026 Race Overview
In-person Event
Join other participants on Saturday, August 8 to run or walk the distance you signed up for (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run). Prizes, including cash for the top male and female 6k and 10k finishers will be awarded! See our website for start time and award details.
📝 Registration
- Online Registration: Register online by Wednesday, July 29 for the distance of your choice (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run) to guarantee you receive a shirt.
- In-Person Registration: Register in-person on Friday, August 8 from 3-6pm and the morning of the event (August 8) from 7-8:15am.
- Fees: Fees increase after July 29.
🎽 Packet Pick-Up
- Pickup Dates: Shirts, potatoes, race bibs, and medals will be available for pick up on Friday, August 7 from 3-6pm and the morning of the event (August 8) from 7-8am.
⏱️ Timing
- Electronic Chip: All in-person events will be timed using an electronic chip on the race bib.
- Spread Out: Participants are encouraged to spread out at the start line.
- Timing Starts: Timing will begin when you cross a start mat and will end once you cross over a mat at the finish line.
🌍 Virtual Event Option
What is a Virtual Event? It’s simple- between August 1 and August 8, time yourself as you run or walk the distance you signed up for (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run) and then submit the results.
🖥️ Virtual Registration
- Online Registration: Register online by July 29 for the distance of your choice (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run).
- Eligibility: Virtual participants will not be eligible for prizes awarded to the top finishers at the in-person event.
- Fees: Fees increase after July 29.
🏅 Shirts & Medals
- Mailing: Your shirt and medal will be mailed to you if you selected to participate in our event virtually.
- Potatoes: Potatoes will not be provided to virtual participants.
🕒 Submit Your Time
- Run Completion: Complete your run in the distance for which you registered (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run).
- Time Submission: Go to the results page located and click on your distance to find your name in the list of entries.
- Entry Process: Click on the "Enter Time" associated with your name to bring up the submission form.
- Required Fields: Enter the data as requested. Time and age are required fields. The others are optional.
- Results Listing: We will process times into a results listing periodically to update standings as the results come in.
- Personalized Race Number: You can print yourself a personalized race number from the results site prior to the race.
