🥔 2025 Race Overview

In-person Event
Join other participants on Saturday, August 9 to run or walk the distance you signed up for (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run). Prizes, including cash for the top male and female 6k and 10k finishers will be awarded! See our website for start time and award details.

📝 Registration

• Online Registration: Register online by Wednesday, July 30 for the distance of your choice (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run) to guarantee you receive a shirt.
• In-person Registration: Register on Friday, August 8 from 3-6pm and the morning of the event (August 9) from 7-8:15am.
• Registration Fees: Fees increase after July 30.

🎽 Packet Pick-up

• Pick-up Dates: Shirts, potatoes, race bibs, and medals will be available for pick up on Friday, August 8 from 3-6pm and the morning of the event (August 9) from 7-8am.

⏱️ Timing

• Timing Method: All in-person events will be timed using an electronic chip on the race bib.
• Start Line: Participants are encouraged to spread out at the start line.
• Timing Activation: Timing will begin when you cross a start mat and will end once you cross over a mat at the finish line.

🌐 Virtual Event Option

What is a Virtual Event? It’s simple- between August 2 and August 9, time yourself as you run or walk the distance you signed up for (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run) and then submit the results.

📋 Virtual Registration

• Online Registration: Register online by July 30 for the distance of your choice (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run).
• Prize Eligibility: Virtual participants will not be eligible for prizes awarded to the top finishers at the in-person event.
• Registration Fees: Fees increase after July 30.

🏅 Shirts & Medals

• Mailing: Your shirt and medal will be mailed to you if you selected to participate in our event virtually.
• Potatoes: Potatoes will not be provided to virtual participants.

📅 Submit Your Time

• Timing: Complete your run in the distance for which you registered (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run).
• Results Page: Go to the results page located and click on your distance.
• Submit Time: Click on the "Enter Time" associated with your name to bring up the submission form.
• Results Processing: We will process times into a results listing periodically to update standings as the results come in.
