- Fastest Half Marathon: Considered by many to be the fastest Half Marathon in Utah.
- Scenic Route: The race starts at Solitude Ski Resort and runs over 3000 feet down 13.1 miles to Cottonwood Heights City.
- Beautiful Views: Enjoy views of the Spring runoff in a roaring river, with all the trees and plants in full green color.
- Unique Medals: Participants receive 4" finisher medals, and those who PR get a Personal Record medal: weight loss achievers get a Drop13lbs medal (Honor System).
