🏃‍♂️Event Overview

The FlaminGLO Family Fun Run/Walk & 5K is a family-friendly event that shines a light on Childhood Cancer Awareness. Hosted by Live Like Madison in memory of Madison Fedak, who courageously fought osteosarcoma and passed away at just 7 years old, this event continues her legacy of hope, love, and compassion for others.

The 5K will feature official chip timing on a USATF-certified course, while the Fun Run/Walk offers a relaxed way to participate and show your support. After the race, join us for a brief awards ceremony, delicious food and drinks, and fun games—a glowing celebration for the whole family!

Live Like Madison is dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research, supporting children and families impacted by the disease, and raising awareness through education and community events.

💲Registration Fees

5k Timed: $45 (ages 11-64) / $35 (ages 5-10 & 65-UP) - includes short sleeve event T-shirt and race medal
Untimed 1 mile or 5k Fun Run/Walk: $40 (ages 11-UP) / $30 (ages 5-10 & 65-UP) - includes short sleeve event T-shirt
Early Registration discount: $5 - Register by November 25th
Shirt Size Guarantee: Register by November 25 to guarantee your short-sleeve event shirt in your preferred size (included with registration) and race medal.

After that date, shirt sizes and race medals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

Extra Gear: Want more gear? Snag additional event apparel before November 25th—all extra orders close that day! We have long sleeve t-shirts, hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts!
Luminaries: Purchase a luminary or sign to honor or remember a loved one. Luminaries and signs will be placed around McDuffie Square for the duration of the event.
