Proceeds Beneficiary

• Purpose: Proceeds will go to Promise of Hope Tattnall Inc. Which serves as a long-term residential treatment program for women suffering from drug and alcohol addictions.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025.
• Start Time: 7:30 am.
• Registration: 6:30 am to 7:00 am.
• Location: Anytime Fitness 108 W. China St Glennville, GA 30427 (Behind Dairy Queen).

Discount Information

• Family/Friends Discount: We now have Family/Friends discount pricing. Available thru 11/09/25.
• Group Signup: Sign up 4 or more registrants get $5 discount per person.

Race Format

• Course: The race is run on our certified course.
• Participants: The race is for all interested runners, joggers, and walkers.
• Distances: You have an option of distances: 1 mile Fun Run 7:30 AM and 5K (3.1 miles) at 8:00 AM.
• Entry Fee: You can do both of them for the same entry fee.

Timing and Schedule

• Timing: Timing by Toby Davis.
• 1-Mile Start: The 1-mile race will begin at 7:30 am.
• 5K Start: The 5K will begin 30 minutes later.

Race Options

• Choice of Races: 1 mile or 5K.
• Medals and Trophies: Various awards will be given for different categories.

Awards Breakdown

• 1 Mile Fun Run: 1st & 2nd Male and Female receive Medals.
• 5K Awards: Masters Trophy Male and Female: Young Masters Trophy Male and Female: Top overall Male and Female Trophy.
• Medals: Top 3 Female and Top 3 Male will get medals.

Age Group Categories

• Categories: 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & above.

Entry Fees

• Pre-registration Fee: $28.00 until October 6th.
• Pre-registration Fee: $30.00 until November 1st.
• On-site Registration Fee: $35.00 until November 14th.

T-Shirt Availability

• Shirts: Turkey Trot T-shirts as supply lasts on race day, sizes available: Youth YS, YM, YL, Adult S, M, L, XL: please add $2 for XXL, 3XL.
• Sizing Guarantee: Shirts ordered after November 5th are not guaranteed sizing.
