Event Overview
This summer, gear up for the Texas Red, White and Blue Half Marathon—the most exhilarating race to hit the Lone Star State! Hosted by Bigfoot Running Company, this event will take you on a breathtaking journey through Texas’ stunning trails, showcasing all the natural beauty our state has to offer.
This race is for everyone, whether you’re tackling the Kids Dash, sprinting 2 miles, or going for glory in the 4, 8, or 13.1-mile distances!

Race Distance Options
- Kids Dash: Typically about a 50-meter dash designed for kids 10 and under, includes a medal and recognition pin.
- 2 Mile Race: Designed for all ages and experience levels, includes a T-shirt and race medal.
- 4 Mile Race: Chip timed event featuring trophies for overall winners and age group awards.
- Half Marathon: Chip timed 13.11-mile event featuring awards for overall and age group winners.
Registration Information
- Youth Pricing: Youth-based pricing for 2-mile, 4-mile, and 8-mile events is $15 for ages 12 & under.
- Referral Bonus: Participants will receive a $20 refund if they refer 5 others.
- Group Discounts: Join as a group for special discounts: larger groups receive larger discounts.
Event Schedule
- Packet Pickup: Ends 20 minutes before the race at 5:30-6:40 am.
- Kids Dash: Starts at 6:55 am.
- National Anthem: Begins at 7:00 am followed by the Race Start.
- Awards: Results and awards are live and available at the Registration tent immediately following your finish.
Volunteer Opportunities
Be a part of the event by volunteering! Specific roles include:
- Water Station: Prepare water cups and cheer on participants.
- Course Monitors: Ensure participant safety and cheer on runners.
- Finish Line Helper: Assist the Race Director with finish line tasks.
- Bigfoot Mascot: Wear the Bigfoot costume and cheer on participants at the finish line.
