🎅 Welcome to the Basalt Santa Sprint 5K

RUN RUN RUDOLPH, SANTA'S GOT A NEW RACE IN TOWN!

Welcome to the 1st annual Basalt Santa Sprint 5K! A festive family friendly 5K race for all ages and abilities (ages 6 & up).

Join us Saturday, December 13th 2025 in Basalt, CO for a holiday race unlike anything you've ever seen before.

Start gun goes off at 9:00AM!

🎁 Participant Details

• Santa Suit: All participants will receive a santa suit included with their registration to wear while racing.
• Chip Timing: Each runner will enjoy accurate chip timing during the race.
• Finisher Medal: Participants will receive a finisher medal upon completing the race.
• Picks Up: Bib and santa suit pick up will take place on Friday evening, December 12th in downtown Basalt as well as race morning beginning at 7:00AM in Basalt River Park.

💰 Pricing Info

• Early Bird: Pricing opens at 12:00PM Wednesday, November 5th.
• Price Increase: There will be a price increase for all groups at midnight Friday, November 21st.
• Discounts: Discounted registration is available for kids and families of 4 through the link above.

🏃 Course Info

• Route Details: The 5K course will take place throughout the greater old town area, navigating neighborhood streets, bike paths, and sidewalks.
• Start/Finish: The race will start and finish in Basalt River Park.
• Course Map: Course map will be released in the coming weeks.
