is brought to you by Scoogië Events in partnership with the good folks at Lower Gwynedd Township and benefiting Gwynedd Mercy University.

• Race Location: Gwynedd Mercy University (Start/Finish & After Party is the stadium!)

🕒 EVENT TIMELINE

• Runners, Joggers & Walkers Arrival: Between 4:30-5:45 pm
• Pre-Race Announcements: 5:45 pm
• National Anthem: 5:55 pm
• Kids Ball Drop Dash starts: 6:00 pm (Yes, an actual ball will drop to start the kids dash!)

🏃‍♂️ RACE STARTS

• 5k Start: 6:10 pm (And yes, we will have another actual ball drop to start the 5k!)
• 2 Mile Jog/Walk Start: 6:13 pm (Yup, we will have another actual ball drop to start the 2 Mile Jog/Walk!)
• After Run Celebration: The party begins the moment you enter the GMU STADIUM
• Finish Line: Cross the glowing finish line arch and collect your huge glow in the dark finisher's medals!

🥳 CELEBRATION HIGHLIGHTS

• Free Beverages: If you’re over 21, collect your FREE well deserved adult beverage at the Well Crafted Beer Company tent. Kids will get a FREE root beer!
• BEST DRESSED COSTUME CONTEST: Following the race!
• New Year Celebration: Stay for music, food and much more or be home by 7:00/7:30 pm!
• Get ready for an awesome kickoff to 2026!

• Dress Up: Remember to DRESS-UP however you feel to celebrate YOUR New Year’s Eve!
• Glow Items: You can add-on various glow items when registering and/or bring your own!
• All Fun: This event is about having fun, not about how fast you finish!
• Costume Contest: All distances will not be timed: enjoy yourself!

ℹ️ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Awards: No mailing of awards or hoodies is available.
• Early Departure: If you leave early, notify us to hold your award.
• Hoodie Size: If you registered for a hoodie and can't run, contact us 24 hours before race day to save your hoodie for pickup later.
• Email Updates: Packet pick-up & race day information will be emailed to all registered participants on Friday, December 19th.
