Medals will be given to all finishers with additional awards for the top three 5K finishers for each gender in each age group, not to mention the top overall finishers and the final mile sprint!

- 7:30 AM: Registration and Health and Wellness Fair opens
- 8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Starts
- 9:00 AM: Stretch/Cool Down - Main Stage
- 9:10 AM: Age group awards, raffles and other prizes begin - Main Stage
- 12:30 PM: Health and Wellness Fair ends
