• 7:30 AM: Registration and Health and Wellness Fair opens.
• 8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Starts.
• 9:00 AM: Stretch/Cool Down at the Main Stage.
• 9:10 AM: Age group awards, raffles, and other prizes begin at the Main Stage.
• 12:30 PM: Health and Wellness Fair ends.
