Colonial Beach for their 9th Annual COLONIAL BEACH TO BEER 10K/5K Races and 1 Mile Walk.

Race Features

• Scenic Routes: Scenic 5K and 10K Race along the Potomac of Colonial Beach.
• Timing: Chip-timing, Live-streamed Results, and Awards.
• Awards: 5K and 10K Awards are for top 3 Overall and Top 3 per Age Group: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years.
• Course Info: The Course is Flat and Fast! 10K Starts at 9 AM. 5K Starts at 9:05 AM.
• Walking Options: Walkers and children welcome to participate in the 5K or 1 Mile Walk. Registration required to be on the course for the safety of all participants. 5K Walkers start at 9:05 AM behind the pack of runners. 1 Hour Time Limit for 5K.
• 1 Mile Walk: 1 Mile Walk option available for all ages and starts at 9:08 AM. (Non-timed).

Included in the Races

• Craft Beer: Colonial Beach Brewing & Ice House Brewery will be onsite with local craft beer options available.
• Shirts: High-quality tech shirt included or upgrade to Long Sleeve for $6 extra. Women's, Men's/Unisex, and Youth options. Please register by Oct. 4 to guarantee your first choice.
• Custom Glass: ALL Participants receive a Beach to Beer Custom Beer Glass.
• Hydration: Water Stations on Course and at Finish Line.
• Complimentary Snack: Complimentary Snack at Finish Chute.
• Parking: Free Parking.
• Photos: Free Downloadable Photos.

After-Party Fun

• Live Music: Live music by Spike Burton Music performing until Noon.
• Post Race Beer Garden: Enjoy cold Craft Beer at the post race Beer Garden - presented by Colonial Beach Brewing and Ice House Brewery. Non-alcohol options available too.
• Food Vendor: "The Tiny Tailgate" is the Food Vendor on-site providing fresh food options.
• Lawn Games: Various lawn games for the entire family or for you and your friends.
• Seating: Please bring your own beach chairs or blankets to hang out after in the beautiful waterfront park!
• Strollers: Strollers are permitted.
• Weather: Race is rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals.

Packet Pickup

Packet pick-up on race day from 7:30-8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent at Town Hill. Late arrivals may pick up swag: however, cannot start race after 9:05 AM for the safety of all runners.
