• Organizer: 2nd ANNUAL 5K & 8K brought to you by Good Day for a Run, LLC.
• Race Description: More than a race.....a fun, unique, well-marked off-road course, excellent swag, and a relaxing after-party!

The Run

• Courses: Choose one of 2 scenic courses: 8K starts at 9:00 AM: 5K starts at 9:05 AM.
• Trail: Well maintained (non-technical) dirt trail through the 1000-acre farm that borders the Rappahannock River.
• Timing: Chip-timed with awards for Top 3 Overall and Age Groups Male/Female (Under 20, 20-29, 30-39, every 10 years).

The Fun

• Live Music: Enjoy live music at the post-race party.
• Craft Beer: Craft beer available at the Tasting Room.
• Complimentary Beer: 1 Complimentary Beer ticket per runner (21+).
• Food Options: 2 Food Trucks will be on site for tasty local food options!

More Race Info

• All Ages: Fun for all ages and paces (*Time Limit is 1hr. and 40 Minutes for the 8K and 1 Hour for the 5K).
• Walkers & Children: Walkers and children welcome in the 5K. Registration required for safety.
• Dog Friendly: This is a dog friendly race - Must be well-behaved, leashed, and start toward back.
• Strollers: Strollers permitted (may not be suitable for all strollers).
• Weather Policy: Rain or Shine
• Refund Policy: No refunds or transfers.
• Capacity: Race has a max capacity of 250 participants.

Packet Pick-Up

• Schedule: Scheduled for Race day from 7:30 - 8:30 AM.
• Timeliness: Runners/walkers should arrive by 8:30 to pick up bib and shirts.
• Late Arrivals: May not start course after 9:00 AM and 9:05 AM start times.
