- Tradition: The YMCA Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day tradition that attracts runners of all ages and abilities to Fredericksburg, VA each year.
- Course: Run or walk the 5K course through scenic downtown Fredericksburg!
- Kids Participation: Kids can get in on the fun by joining a parent in the 5K or running the 1-mile race.
- Finisher’s Rewards: All finishers will receive a medal!
Total Trot
- Additional Event: There’s also a 1/4 Mile Tot Trot held on Wednesday, November 25th at 4pm on the JMHS track.
- Age Group: Your littlest trotters (ages 5 and under) can race the day before the main Turkey Trot!
