Event Schedule
- 5:30 AM – 6:45 AM: Packet Pickup - Grab your bib, shirt, and any pre-ordered swag.
- 6:50 AM: Costume Contest - Strut your stuff as your favorite hero or villain before the race begins!
- 6:55 AM: Kids Dash - Our little Yeti heroes take center stage!
- 7:00 AM: National Anthem & Race Start - Time to hit the course and decide your destiny!

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Then Run (5K Distance Only): Be part of the action and run the 5K! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.
- Volunteer Then Run Schedule: Arrive 1.5 hours early to help with packet pickup.
- Full Race Volunteer: Perfect for those who want to help but not run this time.
Volunteer Roles & Ratings
- Water Station: Keep cups filled and cheer on runners! (Chill position)
- Course Monitors: Located at key safety points (Fun and exciting)
- Finish Line Helper: Assist with medals and refreshments (Easy and fun)
- Bigfoot Mascot: Cheer, give high-fives, and take photos! (Coolest position)
Course & Experience
All races are held on scenic local park and greenbelt trails—mostly paved with some crushed granite and dirt sections. Aid stations will be available throughout the course to keep you hydrated and supported.
Important Notes
- Shirt Guarantee: 10 days before race day. After that, limited availability.
- Weather: Races proceed rain or shine, hot or cold.
- Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start.
- Public Space Notice: Events take place in public parks, greenbelts, and roads.
