Unleash your inner hero or embrace your inner villain—because it’s time to save (or conquer) the day before the race even starts! Show off your best superhero or villain look at 6:50 AM, just before the Kids Dash and race start, for a chance to win:

All finishers in every distance receive a medal and shirt!

• Youth-Based Pricing: 5K & 10K participants aged 12 & under run for only $15!

• Kids Dash: 50-meter untimed dash (Ages 10 & under) - Includes a race tee, medal, and exclusive Kids Dash recognition pin.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: For all ages and experience levels (untimed)
• 5K (3.11 miles): Chip timed
• Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles): Chip timed
• Half Marathon (13.1 miles): Chip timed

Event Schedule

• 5:30 AM – 6:45 AM: Packet Pickup - Grab your bib, shirt, and any pre-ordered swag.
• 6:50 AM: Costume Contest - Strut your stuff as your favorite hero or villain before the race begins!
• 6:55 AM: Kids Dash - Our little Yeti heroes take center stage!
• 7:00 AM: National Anthem & Race Start - Time to hit the course and decide your destiny!

Post-Race Festivities

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Then Run (5K Distance Only): Be part of the action and run the 5K! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.

• Volunteer Then Run Schedule: Arrive 1.5 hours early to help with packet pickup.
• Full Race Volunteer: Perfect for those who want to help but not run this time.

Volunteer Roles & Ratings

• Water Station: Keep cups filled and cheer on runners! (Chill position)
• Course Monitors: Located at key safety points (Fun and exciting)
• Finish Line Helper: Assist with medals and refreshments (Easy and fun)
• Bigfoot Mascot: Cheer, give high-fives, and take photos! (Coolest position)

Course & Experience

All races are held on scenic local park and greenbelt trails—mostly paved with some crushed granite and dirt sections. Aid stations will be available throughout the course to keep you hydrated and supported.

Important Notes

• Shirt Guarantee: 10 days before race day. After that, limited availability.
• Weather: Races proceed rain or shine, hot or cold.
• Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start.
• Public Space Notice: Events take place in public parks, greenbelts, and roads.
