ORRRC Winter Solstice Trail Run

RACE START

• Time: 8:30 a.m.

PARKING

• Location: John Bryan State Park
• Address: 3790 State Route 370, Yellow Springs, OH

TIMING CUTOFFS

• Duration: 4.5 hours to complete the race.
• Final Aid Station Cut Off: 12 PM (3.5 hours).

COURSE INFORMATION

• Distance: Approximately 13.5 miles.

REGISTRATION

• Platform: Registration available through RunSignup.
• In-Person Registration: Open until 15 minutes before race start.
• Minors: Must be registered by a parent or guardian.
• Waiver: Parent or guardian must be present to sign.

CHECK-IN

• Requirement: All participants must check-in before the race.
• Timing Chip: Attach to one of your shoes.
• Check-in Table: Look for the table with the green tablecloth.
• Arrival: Recommended to arrive at least one hour before the race.

FEES

• ORRRC Members: Run for free (fees waived with proof).
• Non-Members: $10 for ages 15 and up: free for ages 14 and under.
• Proof of Membership: Required on race day for member fees.

AWARDS

• Eligibility: First 200 finishers before the 1:30 pm cutoff.
• Award: Participants will receive an award.

ANIMAL POLICY

• General Rule: Animals are not permitted at any ORRRC event.
• Service Dogs: Must be clearly identified.
• Consequences: Persons with any other animals will be removed.
